What APIContext adds to BigPanda

Correlation engines have a structural blind spot: they can only relate the alerts they are given, and in most estates every one of those alerts is generated from inside. That produces incidents that are internally coherent and silent on the question that matters — did a customer notice? APIContext supplies the independent axis:

  • Customer impact as a discrete signal. An outside-in conformance failure, reproduced from multiple regions, is direct evidence that consumers are affected — the enrichment that separates a real incident from a noisy cluster.
  • Failures nothing internal reports. Schema drift, a dropped security header, a broken FAPI or mTLS chain, or an edge misconfiguration generate no internal alert at all, so correlation never sees them.
