How do you measure the quality of the APIs you use or depend on?

Legacy metrics don’t really answer the question of actual quality of service. You need more than server uptime or server-side response latency.

So, we developed the CASC Score (Cloud API Service Consistency). Now we have a way to identify the quality of any API with a simple-to-understand. This allows our clients to compare different APIs directly, based on real-world data, and normalized across all of the endpoints we monitor.
